Level 1 Food Technology
Subject Description
Teacher in Charge: Mrs E. Motu.
Senior Food Technology explores, with increasing complexity, the development of food products including the processes, packaging and storage issues related. It is a combination of practical and academic work which focuses on the production and processes involved in the food industry.
Note that Level 1 Materials Technology and Food Technology share the same standards so students can choose only one of these subjects.
